Defective or Incorrect Items

We stand fully behind the quality of every COVENANT piece. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Wrong Size

Because each piece is made specifically for you, size exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before ordering. Please contact us at returns@covenantapparel.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Change of Mind

Because COVENANT products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
